Shah Rukh Khan’s 2017 started with a bang with ‘Raees’. The film appealed to all sections of audience and had cash registers ringing and by the end of its run, ‘Raees’ gave 149% returns on the amount invested in it.
Owing to the success of Raees, the buzz around Imtiaz Ali’s upcoming film “The Ring” which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles in tremendously high.
According to reports by Bollywood Hungama, all India and Overseas distribution rights for the film have been purchased at a whooping cost of Rs 125 crores by Narendra Hirawat of NH Studioz. When asked about the deal, Hirawat told Bollywood Hungama, “Yes I have acquired the All India and overseas distribution rights of The Ring, but I will not comment on the cost of the same.”
