Shocking! Sets Of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Film ‘Padmavati’ Attacked And Set On Fire In Kolhapur 15 Mar 2017   90


Few months the unfortunate incident that took place in Jaipur when Sanjay Leela Bhansali was attacked by Rajput Karni Sena and the entire set of vandalized by their members. Looks like there’s no end of troubles for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Padmavati”. The sets of the film in Kolhapur have been attacked and set on fire by a group of unknown people on Tuesday night.

The film’s sets were attacked between 1 and 2 am on Wednesday and according to reports, animals were present on Padmavati sets at the time of the incident and a horse is said to be badly injured. None of the film’s cast or crew was there at Kolhapur’s Masai plateau on Tuesday night where the sets have been erected.

According the reports, the security on the sets was beefed ever since the Jaipur attack had happened. On Wednesday morning, around 20 to 30 people had allegedly reached the sets with stones, petrol bombs and lathis and fought with the bodygaurds and bouncers present on the set. The film set was torched down and the cars parked around the sets were badly damaged.
